Terms of Service

By requesting a quote, placing a deposit, or renting florals from Temporary Elegance LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a rental.

All floral arrangements are rented, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the florals for your event period only. Title and ownership of all arrangements remain with Temporary Elegance LLC at all times.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are clearly displayed before checkout. Prices do not include applicable sales tax where required by law. A deposit may be required to reserve your date; the remaining balance is due before shipping. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Quotes are estimates and final pricing is confirmed by Ms. Danielle before payment.

Florals are shipped 3–5 days before your event with a prepaid UPS return label. You agree to return all rented items in the provided box within 3 business days after your event. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

You are responsible for the florals while in your possession. Normal party wear is covered, but loss or significant damage beyond normal use may incur a replacement fee, disclosed before booking.

Cancellations made 30+ days before your event may receive a partial refund of your deposit. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable as arrangements are reserved for your date. See our Refund & Return Policy for full terms.

Temporary Elegance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in Iberville Parish, Louisiana.
